Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day checking warranty on all of our products. Customers can easily request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is delivered damaged or faulty.
  • Any complaint must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with a short video and pictures at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 03300497510.
  • Refund & Exchange will be entertained if we are informed within 7 days of delivery. In case of return, customers must send the product back to the return address mentioned on the package slip within 7 days. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours to the bank account provided by the customer. Rs. 200 will be deducted as a one-way delivery charge on orders availing free delivery.
  • Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise. (Unless you have paid extra for the desired color). Color differences are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy, even within 7 days.
  • Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. This condition must be maintained if you are requesting a return or exchange within 7 days.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition within the 7-day return period, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
