We offer 1 week checking warranty on all of our product. Our customers can easily exchange in case the product is delivered damaged or faulty. The product will be picked up from the customer's address within 3-4 days in exchange for a new one.
Any complaint must be raised with a short video and pictures at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 0332 2526986.
Refund & Exchange on not liking the product will be entertained if we are informed within 24 hours of delivery. The product will be picked up from the customer's address within 3-4 days, and refund will be initiated within 48 hours to the bank account provided by the customer. Rs.300-500 will be deducted as two-way delivery charges. One-sided delivery charges will be deducted if you yourself send us the parcel back.
Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise. (Unless you have paid extra for the desired color) colors are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy.
Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
